Sorry, we don’t allow pets at Tinhouse. There are many other suitable properties available on the island and we cannot make any exceptions.

Tinhouse is perfect for couples but is not suitable for children or babies. We cannot make exceptions.

Tinhouse is accessed via a gentle ramp and is accessible to wheelchair users. Internally the shower does have a small step up.

During the peak season bookings are Saturday-Saturday, the minimum booking period is 7 days. During the winter months we accept 3 and 4 day bookings.

Tinhouse is suitable for most vehicles however van type vehicles cannot be taken down the hill. We ask all owners whose vehicle’s wheels slip on the track to use one of the other spaces available at the top of the croft.

A full refund (less 5% processing fee) is offered to guests if our accommodation is rebooked. If not rebooked and cancelled prior to 28 days the 50% deposit is retained. If cancelled within 28 days of the date of your stay (and not rebooked) the full payment is retained.
